Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2017, the Defendant had a hedging relationship with the victim B, who had a ties around his home, and had a mind to find the victim as the Defendant did not receive the phone but did not receive it.

On July 31, 2017, around 06:0, the Defendant opened the entrance at the home of the victim located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, but the victim did not open the entrance, and the Defendant opened the entrance by forcing the knife of the corrected entrance, and entered it into the house.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.
