Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From January 2, 2015 to December 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a non-illegal Internet gambling site using the Defendant’s smartphone at a non-place from around January 2, 2015 to December 31, 2016; (b) deposited money in the account operating the said site to deposit money; and (c) predicted the plaque of the domestic and foreign sports games (e.g., camping districts, farming districts, axiss, etc.); and (c) predicted the winning of the said cyber money; and (d) received the designated dividend from the Defendant to the SC Bank account (B) in the name of the Defendant, and (e) deposited KRW 1,041 times in total by paying KRW 129,258,000, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached betting tickets.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stuffed the defendant.

2. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall lend any access medium in return for receiving or promising to receive any consideration;

Nevertheless, on October 19, 2016, the Defendant would offer KRW 3 million per one if he/she lends an account to a company’s non-name account in order to create the company’s secret funds, in front of the Home Packer operations in 27 as the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.
