Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2017, at around 23:07, the Defendant driven a vehicle from the Gandong of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the 101st day of Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, with a alcohol concentration of about 0.092% in the blood alcohol level from the 2Km section of approximately 2K to the 101st day of the road.
