Punishment of the crime

Defendant A (the Defendants) is a person operating K, who is a secondhand export company, Defendant B is a ship agent, Defendant C is an employee of the aforesaid “L”, Defendant D is a person in charge of loading export cargo, Defendant D is a port cargo shipper, and Defendant E is a person in charge of loading and unloading as an employee of the above “M”.
