Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 04:00 on January 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received 112 report from the 2560 main station in front of the 2560 air route, and received a request for return from the police officer C and policeman D to return home by paying a taxi fee, and (b) received a request for return from the said police officer, the Defendant expressed a large voice as follows: (c) “Chewing fice”; (d) “Fice fling fling fling fling fling fling flings; (d) one finger,” and “hing fing fing fing fings,” and (e) sent a sound from the said police officer in the interest of “fing fing fing fing finging finging finging finging finginging fings.”

Accordingly, in order to prevent the above police officers, he pushed the chest part of the above C's chest part, pushed the chest part of the above D's chest part on the shoulder part, pushed the above D's chest part on the hand, let the above D's right part on the hand, and forced the above D's right part on the hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.
