A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for robbery at the Busan High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Port Prison on October 22, 2017.

On April 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol at a singing room located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) brought about a collision with the Defendant’s drinking by the Defendant, and (c) brought the instant incident to the Victim C (the 25-year-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-ro), saying, “I ambling the Defendant’s plug, as the Mara, as the Mada, as the Mada, as the son’s head, as the son’s head, as the son’s head, as the son’s head, as the son’s head, as the son’s head, as the son’s head, as the son’s head, as the son’s head, as the son’s head, as the son’s head.”
