1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 99,754,600 and KRW 96,00,00 among them to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The ground for the change in the annexed sheet to the plaintiff's assertion is stated.
2. On the other hand, the defendant does not clearly dispute the facts alleged by the plaintiff, so it is deemed to have been led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 99,754,600 and KRW 96,00,000 among them at the rate of 24% per annum under Article 2(1) of the Interest Limitation Act from April 4, 2018 to the date of full payment.
3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is justified.
