Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CS5 car.

On June 14, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car at around 08:30, and proceeded at a speed of about 40km from the side of the East East-gu, Daegu East-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong, along one-lane distance from the East East-gu Police Station to the speed of about 40km from each side of the two lanes.

Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely according to the traffic signal to a person engaged in driving service.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 이를 게을리 한 채 차량진행신호가 정지신호로 바뀌는 것을 무시하고 그대로 진행하여 교차로에 진입한 과실로 때마침 동호지구 쪽에서 동부고등학교 쪽으로 진행하던 피해자 D(여, 31세) 운전의 E 아반떼 승용차 앞 범퍼 부분을 피고인 운전의 에스엠5 승용차 좌측 뒤 휀다 부분으로 들이받고, 그 충격으로 위 에스엠5 승용차가 반시계방향으로 회전하면서 우측 뒤 휀다 부분으로 위 에스엠5 승용차의 우측에서 앞서 진행하던 피해자 F(83세)의 자전거 좌측 부분을 들이받아, 그 충격으로 위 자전거가 앞으로 튕겨 나가면서 각산네거리 방향의 횡단보도를 횡단하던 피해자 G(59세)을 충격하게 하였다.
