Basic Facts

The following facts are not disputed between the parties, or may be acknowledged by taking into account the respective entries and the whole purport of arguments as stated in Gap's Evidence (including any number, if any, in case of a serial number) and evidence as stated in Gap's Evidence Nos. 1, 2, 15 through 23, 28, 29, 30, 38, 39, 43, and Eul's Evidence Nos. 1 through 7, 16 through 31, and 33:

The party-related Incheon Yeonsu-gu Seoul Building (hereinafter referred to as "the aggregate building of this case") consists of apartment 1,596 units, officetels 1,058 units, and commercial buildings 295 units (G Dong Dong and H Dong). The plaintiff A completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the second floor of the aggregate building of this case, which is the sectional owners of the second floor of the building of this case 113 through 115, and the plaintiff B was the sectional owners of the building of this case, Epdong 101, Epdong 101 (office), and the plaintiff C&D (hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff C&D") was the joint owners of the building of this case, Ep Co.,, Ltd. of this case, and the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the building of this case No. 128 and No. 129(Ga) of the second floor of the building of this case on March 29, 2013.
