Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for two months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a taxi for K5 business purposes.

On August 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the above taxi on August 23, 2016, and led to the left-hand turn at about 79 km from the four-lane distance from the original village to the parallel of the Convention Center located in the Daesung-gu X-ray.
