A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From around 206, while the Defendant was working as the head in D, who had been working for the Korea Forest Service affiliated with C, from around 2006 as the Defendant: (a) collected the seedlings of the Dongbak tree managed in D; (b) reported to the media that intended to obtain personal profits by selling them; (c) borrowed money from E, F, and G from around 2006 to around 2008; (d) but did not repay the borrowed money, but did not pay the money; and (e) requested the Defendant to guarantee the Defendant’s debt, while the Defendant was unable to repay the money to H with the wage of five million won to be repaid in D, he did not demand the guarantee of the debt amount to the Defendant without the consent of I as the surety; (e) forged the power of attorney for the preparation of authentic deeds and a notarial deed with I as a joint and several surety.

1. On December 17, 2008, the Defendant: (a) stated in Jindo-gun J, Jindo-gun, stating, “The Defendant shall borrow the loan certificate, the loan certificate, the daily loan of 20,000,000 won (20,000 won) from E in the second copy of each month and return it by October 30, 2009; (b) on the last day of each month, the interest will be paid on the last day of December 17, 2008, the amount of the loan will be paid to the E; and (c) stated, “I, in the name of the joint and several surety, have forged the loan certificate in the name of I, which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations of the E; and (d) exercised the loan certificate as if he knew of the fact of the forgery.”

On January 9, 2009, the Defendant: “F”, “Seoul-gunO”, “Seoul-gun in the face of power of attorney in the letter of attorney’s name in the name column of Jindo-gun N; “Seoul-do O”, “Seoul-do 100,000,000 won”, “F” in the creditor column; “A” in the creditor column; “I located in K in the debtor column; “I” in the debtor column; “Seoul-gun K in the guarantee obligation column of Jindo-gun Y-gun; “Seoul-gun Y-gun O0,000,000 won”; and “the due date of repayment” in the letter of power of attorney.
