1. Defendant A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing semiconductor machinery, etc.; F is a person who uses the office belonging to G, or office A, which is an external company of the above company, together with A, and is indicated as an employee belonging to A in the external name of a stock company upon receiving business instructions from the president, vice president, etc. of A;

On July 8, 2015, A Co., Ltd., at the office A, a corporation with the wife population H, which was located in Yong-si around July 8, 2015, copied one copy of the “CREO, Gu Pro-E” in the market price in which F, in connection with the Defendant Co., Ltd.’s business, is holding a computer program copyright, and thereby infringed on the copyright of the computer program by means of downloading a copy of the “CREO,” which is the market price in which CREO, former Pro-E, holds the computer program copyright.

2. Defendant B and Defendant C are corporations established for the purpose of manufacturing and wholesale business of semiconductors and communication peripheral devices, and Defendant C is the representative director of the above company.

(a) On April 13, 2011, Defendant C knowingly acquired one of the illegal reproductions of “Oitop 2010 (AutaCAD 2010)” in the market price in which the non-employee is in possession of the computer program copyright in the above corporation B, which is located in the wife population H at Chicago-si on April 13, 201, from the date of acquisition to January 4, 2016, Defendant C used it to confirm the “A-04 (Calculation of Site Crossing),” “A-05 (Calculation of Site Crossing),” “A-10 (the right side map, the right side map),” “A-09 (A-9), 2010 (A-4), 3-1, 3-1, 3-1, 3-4, 3-1, 3-1, 3-1, 4, 3-1, 3-1, 4, 3-1, 3-1, 4, 3-1, 5.”
