1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 19, 201, the Green Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. concluded the instant insurance contract with the Defendant on January 19, 201, with the Defendant as the insured, and concluded an insurance contract listed in the attached Table 1 that covers general injury, temporary living expenses, surgery expenses, general injury, long-term hospitalization expenses, long-term hospitalization expenses, and long-term hospitalization expenses, etc. (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

On May 3, 2013, the Plaintiff acquired various insurance contracts, including the instant insurance contract, from the Green Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. through a decision to transfer contracts by the Financial Services Commission.

(hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiffs” in total, including Green Damage Insurance Co., Ltd and the Plaintiff.

Around June 201, the Defendant was subject to a traffic accident, and thereafter, the Defendant was hospitalized for 510 days in total on 23 occasions, as described below, on the grounds of the following [Attachment 1] from November 23, 201 to June 16, 2014, on the grounds of the occurrence of a brupted flag and a road, etc. (the period of hospitalization of February 17, 2012 during which the period of hospitalization was in existence, the crupted flag surgery on June 18, 201, the crupted clag surgery on February 28, 2014, and the crupted claf on May 24, 2014, respectively.

(2) According to the instant insurance contract, the Plaintiff received total of KRW 21,750,00 from the date of January 19, 2012 to July 7, 2014.
