On October 7, 2020, the Defendant driven a DNA cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 50 meters from the road in Kimcheon-si B, Kimcheon-si to the front of the road in the same city C, with approximately 0 meters alcohol level of about 0.102% in blood.
