A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B in driving freight in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On October 10, 2017, the Defendant driven the foregoing cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.119% among the blood transfusion around 18:24 on October 10, 2017, and led to a single-lane road in front of the Gumi-si, Gumi-si, to go from the dives of Taeduk-do.

2.
