1. The defendant is attached Form 2, among the plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated party of Busan Jin-gu C, Busan Jin-gu and D 364.3m2.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The ownership transfer registration under the name of the corporate association E (hereinafter “E”) was completed with respect to the ownership of the land prior to the division (1) in Busan Jin-gu C Tae-gu 1158m2 (hereinafter “the land prior to the division”). (2) The ownership registration under the above E as to the land prior to the division of this case was actually completed in the name of Nonparty F, G, H, I, J, J, K, L, M, N, andO (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) who was a member of E at the time of the division.

(A)The decedents of both P, Q, R, R, T, U, V, W, X,Y, Z, AA, AB, and AC collectively;

B. The agreement on the sole ownership of AD and the termination of title trust (the land before the instant partition, hereinafter referred to as “the instant land”) on February 7, 201, Busan-gu, Busan-do, 794.4m2, hereinafter referred to as “C”) was jointly purchased, and the title trust was held.

Of the instant land, 28.3 square meters or less among the instant land, “the specific ownership portion of the Defendant” is referred to as “the specific ownership portion.”

As seen next, after filing the Defendant’s lawsuit, the instant land was divided on January 25, 2013 and became a AE large of 28.3 square meters.

) Nonparty AD’s sole ownership of the instant single-story building (hereinafter “instant single-story building”) on its ground.
