1. As to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) with respect to forest G-gu Gwangju Mine-gu G 2,640 square meters:
A. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) B and C respectively.
Reasons
1. On the premise, the premise was that the Plaintiff owned both the G-gu Gwangju Mine District Court’s 3,550 square meters of G forest land (hereinafter “1 land”), H forest 2,071 square meters (hereinafter “2 land”), the 550 square meters prior to J, and the 619 square meters prior to K (hereinafter “the above two parcels”) owned by the Plaintiff.
