1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for two years with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Busan District Court on January 27, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 27, 2012, and is currently in the grace period, and is not a person handling narcotics.

At around 12:00 on April 23, 2012, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs at the Defendant’s house located in Busan Song-gu, in a single-use injection instrument, into a single-use injection instrument, into which approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs (i.e., a single-use injection), and injected them by means of injecting their left arms into the bloodline.
