1. The defendant,
A. The Jeonju District Court with respect to real estate Nos. 1 through 13 listed in the [Attachment A] list to Plaintiff A.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Plaintiff A is the owner of each real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 to 13, and Plaintiff B borrowed KRW 240 million from Defendant from March 7, 2013 to July 16, 2013 (hereinafter “the instant loan”). The Plaintiff was the owner of each real estate listed in the separate sheet 2 (Provided, That this is the same as the real estate listed in the separate sheet 14; hereinafter the same as the real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 and 2, and Plaintiff A operated a pen (hereinafter “instant pen”) with D’s trade name from May 29, 2012.
B. In order to secure the loan of this case, the Plaintiffs, upon receipt of the indictment from the Jeonju District Court on May 7, 2013 regarding each of the instant real property, completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage over KRW 200 million with respect to each of the instant real property and the mortgagee as the Defendant.
(hereinafter referred to as "the total establishment registration of each of the above units" is registered as the establishment registration of the instant units.
Since then, on August 21, 2013, Plaintiff A completed the registration to transfer 1/3 shares of each of the above real estate to Defendant (hereinafter “instant ownership transfer registration”) under Article 69678 upon receipt of the indictment from the Jeonju District Court on August 21, 2013, and the Defendant paid KRW 30 million in total to Plaintiff A on September 24, 2013 and October 14, 2013.

2. The parties' assertion and judgment
A. The plaintiffs 1, the defendant and the defendant agreed to transfer 1/3 shares of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 3 to the defendant in lieu of the repayment of the loan of this case, and completed the registration of ownership transfer of this case's shares, and 30 million won from the defendant in consideration of the market price of the loan of this case and the above real estate.
