1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 86,54,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 23, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

On June 23, 2014, when delivering USD 50,00 to the Defendant as an advance payment, the Plaintiff agreed to manufacture and deliver the dives for women equivalent to USD 50,000 until July 7, 2014, and to return the money that he/she did not supply. On November 15, 2014, Defendant 30,000 U.S. dollars from the Plaintiff as an advance payment under the foregoing conditions (on March 15, 2015, the delivery deadline). The Defendant did not supply each of the above products to the Plaintiff and did not return the said money entirely paid as an advance payment amount (i.e., 86,54,000 U.S. dollars x 80,000 U.S. dollars x 1,081,80 won as of May 21, 2018).
