1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, Defendant B
B. Defendant C, D, and E shall be listed in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Basic facts - On September 16, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with Defendant B and the Defendants to purchase KRW 491/3,306, out of 3,306, out of 3,306,000 square meters of forest land in Gyeyang-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, which is developed and divided by the Defendants (hereinafter “the primary sales contract”); and paid KRW 9,000,000 per contract date as contract date. According to the primary sales contract, Defendant B immediately received KRW 57,80,000,000 from the remainder, immediately paid the Plaintiff the remainder of the registration of ownership transfer, and the remainder of KRW 22,20,000,000 to be paid immediately after the completion of civil construction work by dividing the above land 491 square meters, and thereafter the Plaintiff purchased land by dividing it into G 436,000,000, and the Plaintiff entered the list of real estate (hereinafter “Defendant 1”) and the Plaintiff’s land (hereinafter “Defendant 2”).
According to the second sales contract, the Defendants issued documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership to the Plaintiff at the time of the receipt of the balance, and agreed to cooperate for the registration of transfer. Defendant B paid the remainder amount of KRW 80 million from the Plaintiff and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on G land.

2. Determination
A. According to the above facts of the determination as to the cause of the claim, Defendant B is obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on June 1, 2016 with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, as to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and Defendant C, D, and E, respectively.
