Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2018, around 12:30 on December 24, 2018, the Defendant ordered alcohol to the victim as follows: (a) within the D management of the victim C (n, 27 years of age) in the Busan B and the second floor; and (b) the alcohol value should be paid normally.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if the victim received an order of alcohol.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was provided with alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 322,00,00 in total amount of KRW 322,00,00,000 in the Hague-si 1 disease and market value of KRW 72,00 in the market value.
