A. The attached Form No. 1208-2 No. 18 square meters among the real estate listed in the attached list shall be handed over, and B.

The Plaintiff indicated the claim, as indicated in the attached Form No. 1208-2, among the real estate listed in the attached Form No. 1208-2, the Plaintiff leased the lease deposit of KRW 4,500,000, monthly rent of KRW 495,00 (including value-added tax), and the lease term from April 30, 2015 to April 29, 2017, and delivered the said real estate on April 30, 2015. The Plaintiff terminated the said lease contract with the Defendant on the grounds of two or more overdue rent payments from January 27, 2016. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the said real estate to the Plaintiff, and pay the Plaintiff the overdue rent of KRW 41,750, and from September 30, 2015 to September 8, 2015 to the delivery of the said real estate at the rate of KRW 607,750 or 607,07.

2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of a judgment without holding any pleadings.
