A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 16, 2014, around 12:30 on June 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) made the victim’s house in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, and entered the inside or outside of the said residence by using the cresh in the victim’s house; and (b) made the victim’s house enter the said residence; and (c)
6. From 16.0 to 16.00, he entered the victim’s residence, such as in the table of crimes (i.e., the list of crimes).
Accordingly, the defendant infringed upon another person's residence.
2. From June 16, 2014, at around 12:30 on June 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took out KRW 70,000 in cash from the victim’s house located in the front line at the victim’s house located in the front line; (b) from that time, the Defendant took cash worth of KRW 340,00 in total at the market price at the victim’s residence, as described in the [Attachment List].
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the amount of 340,000 won in cash owned by three persons, such as the victim D.
3. The Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) during May 2014, the Victim F’s house located in Hongcheon-gun E, Gangwon-do, which was the victim F, but did not have the object of the theft but taken away from the house as it is.
Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal the victim F's property but did not commit an attempted crime.
4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) from around 11:00 on June 16, 201 to around 13:00 of the same day, operated the said car without obtaining a driver’s license as indicated in attached Table 1 to June 16, 2014, in front of the Defendant’s residence, on the road in front of his residence, Hongcheon-gun G, 101 Dong 205 (H), and driving the said car without obtaining a driver’s license as indicated in the attached Table 1 to the police officer from May 16, 2014 to June 16, 2014.
