A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of two years and eight months and by a fine of thirty million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul Central District Court. On November 17, 2005, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced 12 years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and suspended the execution on January 26, 2007 while being executed in the Cheongong prison. 1. The Defendant is habitually thefted;

A.
