Punishment of the crime

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal to measure a noise level) by the Defendant from the head of the police station having jurisdiction over the H district unit of the resident police station while driving a car as set forth in the above paragraph (1) with drinking alcohol at the time and place set forth in the above paragraph (1).
