Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the mother of the deceased D (hereinafter “the deceased”) and the deceased died on or around June 30, 2013, and the Plaintiff inherited the deceased solely.
B. The Defendants are married couple, and the Deceased and the Deceased are relatives.
C. On May 2009, the Deceased was subject to brain surgery. On January 20, 2010, at the time of discharge from the E Hospital, the Deceased was diagnosed on the left-hand side of the detailed unknown climatic surgery due to the training of the bracker from the E Hospital. On January 20, 2010, the Deceased was diagnosed on the part of the outer left-hand side due to the training of the bracker, and was under the clied disorder and the reduction of the right vision.
