Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives in Sacheon-si, B apartment management division, and C is the above B apartment management division.

On March 10, 2018, the Defendant called the above B Apartment Management Division C, and instructed that the mail sent by the B Apartment Development Council was delivered to each household with the result of the apartment inspection, and led the said C to recover the mail sent to the B apartment mail.

Thus, the above C collected 140 copies of the item, which is owned by the residents of the above B apartment, who were the victims of the mail in the B apartment D and E Dong on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant instigated the above C to conceal the victim's property.
