Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2016, around 19:20, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, such as cutting down and smuggling, in order to be exposed from B (45) B (S) affiliated with the Seoul Matro, Seoul Matro, Seoul C (45) around the Seoul Matro’s Seoul Matro, and to be requested to present an identification card, the Defendant committed assault against C, who was in receipt of a request to present an identification card.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the subway history maintenance duties of C, a railroad worker.
