A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around August 1, 2017, the special intimidation: (a) around 19:30 on August 1, 2017, the Defendant, while making a dispute with the victim on the ground that the victim had another male at the residence of the victim D (V, 50 years of age) located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, was able to put the victim in the water tank in advance and spack the spacker on the floor of the living room and the body of the victim; and (b) the victim expressed the attitude that the victim would inflict any harm on the victim’s body, etc. using the spacker, which is a dangerous object.
