A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The defendant shall be ordered to take lectures to treat sexual assault for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent acts by force against victims C ( South Korea, 23 years old);

A. On April 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the Chuncheon correctional institution of Chuncheon located in around 06:45 on April 4, 2015; (b) at the 7 upper D rooms of Chuncheon; and (c) to the following behind the victim being cleaned.

“At the same time, both her son and her son were her son.”

B. On April 4, 2015, the Defendant brought the victim to the next direction of the victim being cleaned at the same place around 11:40 on April 4, 2015, and then brought the victim to both descendants.

"At the same time, the chests of the victim were made several times as their grandchildren."

On April 4, 2015, the Defendant, at the same place as on April 18, 2015, has a large inside the victim’s right to remain.

“At the same time, the victim her son her son her son her but her son her son.”

In this respect, the defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act three times.

2. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim E (the remaining and 22 years old) committed an indecent act by force against the victim on the part of the Defendant: (b) approaching the victim who was placed in the said Chuncheon Prison 7 East D room; (c) having been placed in the said Switzerland and arranged the same; and (d) having been detained by the victim on his/her hand, and (c)

In addition, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on seven and eight occasions during the period from around that time to around April 2015 by committing an indecent act against the victim.
