1. The defendant shall pay 200,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 30% per annum from September 30, 2008 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap evidence No. 1 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff may recognize that the plaintiff lent KRW 200,000,000 to the defendant on May 12, 2003, interest rate of KRW 2.5% per month, and due date of payment of May 11, 2004, and that the plaintiff received interest from the defendant from August 31, 2008.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 20 million won with interest rate of 30% per annum from September 30, 2008 to the day of full payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
