A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2018, around 18:15, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s chest on two occasions on the ground that the Defendant stopped in front of the Seoul Southern-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 2621 LG Electronic R& 2621, and that the Defendant left the victim’s chest in front of the D Center by the front door of the victim C(24 years).
