1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons

1. The facts subsequent to the facts of recognition may be found either in dispute between the parties or in Gap evidence Nos. 1- 3 (including a serial number), taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings.

Defendant B is the owners of the real estate listed in the attached list No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “real estate No. 1”); Defendant C refers to the real estate listed in the attached list No. 2; Defendant D is the real estate listed in the same list No. 3; Defendant E is the real estate listed in the same list No. 4; and Defendant F is the owners of the real estate listed in the same list No. 5.

B. The Plaintiff is an organization established to implement a housing redevelopment improvement project (hereinafter “instant redevelopment project”) for the area (area 232,885 square meters) of the relevant unit area including the first-five real estate (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”). On July 20, 2015, the Plaintiff obtained authorization of the management and disposition plan on the instant redevelopment project from the head of the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant redevelopment project”), and the said authorization was publicly notified on July 29, 2015.

C. The Plaintiff agreed with the Defendants on compensation for each of the instant real estate, but did not reach an agreement, and filed an application for adjudication of expropriation with the competent Regional Land Expropriation Committee in Busan Metropolitan City.

On February 20, 2017, the Busan Metropolitan City Regional Land Tribunal accepted each of the instant real estate for the instant redevelopment project (i.e., KRW 84,202,630 on the first real estate (i.e., KRW 71,438,40 on the land), KRW 12,764,230 on the second real estate (i.e., KRW 153,212,80 on the land), KRW 201,271,820 on the second real estate (i.e., KRW 153,212,80 on the land and KRW 48,059,020 on the third real estate), KRW 4026,040 on the third real estate (i.e., KRW 243,056,00 on the building and obstacles KRW 156,970,040 on the land), KRW 284,59,260 on the real estate (i.e., KRW 206363605,2946
