A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspension of execution for the purpose of obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Ulsan District Court, and on August 23, 2012, the Busan District Court sentenced the Defendant to 6 months of suspension of execution due to fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on July 24, 2013.

1. Around 04:00 on November 6, 2013, the Defendant ordered alcoholic beverages, etc. as if the payment was made, even if the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay alcoholic beverages, etc. from the victim, despite having received alcoholic beverages, etc. from the victim.
