A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with D to provide telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for the purpose of telecommunications.

3. The Defendant violating the Military Service Act is a person subject to call-up of social service personnel, and the country’s patriotism around 13:08 on June 10, 2014.
