1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 1, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7 (Partial Omission), Eul evidence Nos. 1 and 3, each of the above maximum debt amount of KRW 165 million (hereinafter "the apartment of this case"), around December 2015, the plaintiff sold to the defendant an apartment of KRW 165 million (the balance of KRW 50 million, KRW 15 million) with the above maximum debt amount of KRW 1.6 billion (the above maximum debt amount of KRW 1.6 billion) and the defendant's assertion that 30 million out of the down payment was paid to the defendant on October 15, 2014 that the defendant paid the above KRW 20 million with interest of KRW 1,000,000,000,0000 to KRW 70,000,000,000,000,000 won and KRW 5,000,000,000,000 won were paid to the plaintiff on December 30, 2015.
