Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Chuncheon District Court's territorial branch on May 19, 201. On October 19, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Gangwon District Court's Gangwon Branch on August 22, 201

On November 23, 2013, from around 01:37 to around 02:14 of the same day, the Defendant destroyed a vehicle from the 105 underground parking lots of the first apartment unit of the 105-dong Rool-dong Rool-dong, which was prepared in advance for emergency escape of the vehicle from the victim D’s ESMBB (S5) to the network for emergency escape of the vehicle in the above vehicle, and had an amount equivalent to KRW 80,000 in cash owned by the above victim during the above vehicle. From around November 17, 2013 to November 23, 2013, the Defendant destroyed a vehicle of the victims at least KRW 329,000 in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and had attempted to steals or attempted to commit the crime, with a total amount of 35 times times in total, equivalent to KRW 285,00,000 in cash.
