A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2015, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won by the Ulsan District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On November 6, 2019, at around 10:01, the Defendant driven a B G80 car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.116% in a section of about 500 meters from the middle-gu, Ulsan-dong to the night distance of about the same 500 meters.
