Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a victim B (one, another, 37 years of age) and may know at all.
On October 28, 2018, the Defendant, at around 00:40 on October 28, 2018, 00: (a) worked in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the first underground D male shower by inserting a Handphone by putting the Handphone into a female shower box, and (b) tried to take the Handphones of the victim’s bath, but suspended the victim’s boom shooting on the part of the victim.
As a result, the defendant tried to take photographs of certain parts of another person's body which may cause sexual humiliation or shame against the victim's will, but did not bring about such intent.
