Defendants are not guilty. The summary of each judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.
Reasons
1. The facts charged are as follows: I, J, and K Co., Ltd., Ltd., 2015 Man-Ma158, Seo-gu, Daejeon, with a claim for the construction cost related to the expansion and reconstruction of the M Hospital.
Accordingly, from May 5, 201, the representative director N, the above J, and K K corporation representative director, from around May 5, 201, occupied the main office and branch office of the above hospital building from around possession of the main office and branch office of the building of the above hospital from around May 5, 201, controlled access by using a locking system with a chain and a key, and displayed a banner informing that it is during the exercise of the right of retention, and exercised the right of retention on the above hospital building.
However, the Defendants conspired to possess the building of the above hospital in order to exercise the right of retention securing the claim for the construction cost related to the expansion and reconstruction construction of the above hospital. On May 9, 201, at around 14:00, the Defendants: (a) destroyed and damaged the second floor of the above hospital’s main office in the presence of the employees of the guard company; (b) forced them to open the entrance by cutting off the lock-up equipment, such as the entrance, and the entrance. (c) At the same time, ten persons, including the employees of the above guard company, including the above guards, entered the above entrance to the above entrance; and (d) sent all of the persons in the above main office of the hospital to the outside of the building, thereby losing possession of the victim N, J, andO’s main office.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to force and interfere with the above victims' work of exercising the right of retention on the principal hospital.
I, J, and K Co., Ltd., 2015dan336, had a claim for the construction cost related to the extension and remodeling construction of the Ma Hospital in Seo-gu, Daejeon.
Accordingly, the NA representative director N, the above J and K representative director, from May 5, 201, occupied the main office and the separate office of the above hospital from around around May 5, 201, for the purpose of exercising the right of retention to secure the claim for the construction cost, and then closed down the entrance.
