1. The Defendant’s KRW 200,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from December 16, 2008 to October 27, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On October 2008, the Plaintiff completed the above construction work upon receiving KRW 350,000,000 from the Defendant’s Defendant’s first police officer’s receipt of KRW 350,000 from the Defendant, but the Defendant paid only KRW 150,00,00 as the construction cost.

B. On December 14, 2008, the defendant prepared and delivered to the plaintiff a letter of intent to pay the above construction cost of KRW 200,000,000 to the plaintiff by December 15, 2008.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the construction cost of KRW 200,000,000 and the damages for delay from December 16, 2008, which is the day following the due date under the above written statement.
