Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on February 19, 2014, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with respect to C at the Gyeonggi-do Police Station located in 1699, which was a peace in the Yangju-si.

The statement of the complaint "I am home on February 18 and 11:00 p.m., we rhyth of the body in the vehicle, rhyth of the body in the body, rhyth of the body, rh of the body in the body, rhyth of the body in the body, rhying from the body of the defendant, and hyp of the body in the body of the vehicle." There was no fact that C tried to go home with the body of the defendant.

Nevertheless, the defendant submitted the above written complaint to an employee who could not know his name in tin.

As a result, the defendant committed a false accusation against C for the purpose of having C punished criminal punishment.
