A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 5051"

1. On August 31, 2019, between 01:00 and 01:30, the Defendant: (a) the victim E (Nam, 25 years of age) who is the business owner of the above D committed an assault by the Defendant by fasting the Defendant’s chest; (b) the Defendant, on the part of the Defendant, committed an injury to the Victim’s head by drinking the Defendant’s head, thereby causing damage to the Victim’s head for about 14 days.

On August 31, 2019, in the course of obstruction of performance of official duties, and the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender and moved to a G district of the Gyeonggi-do Government Police Station on the ground that he/she committed such assault; (b) the police officer assigned to the said G District and the victim, who was a police officer belonging to the said G District and the victim, tried to take care of the Defendant’s confidence, and (c) the victim was knee and tried to take care of the Defendant’s faces, and (d) the victim’s face was kne and knee the victim needs to take care of about two weeks of face.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes, and at the same time injured the victim.

Around 02:00 on February 10, 202, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s left breath of the first floor of Dong-gu I at the time of drinking one time as a drinking, on the ground that he she sawd the victim’s knife by drinking alcohol together with the Victim K, a high school knife of the first floor of Dong-gu I (the age of 21) and told the victim that he would be flicking due to bad horses, sing his head with his hand, and that he would be only flicking from the victim.
