[Criminal Power] On January 10, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Railroad Safety Act at the Seoul Central District Court on March 6, 2019 and completed the execution of the sentence.

On April 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, the Defendant repeatedly ordered the sea area and the small-scale 1 disease in the Suwon-gu “D” restaurant where the victim B works as an employee, and repeatedly ordered the sea area and the small-scale 1 disease in a mixed manner without any justifiable reason; and (b) “A” late, the Defendant ran the victim’s horse at the victim’s end, saying “Ching so soon,” and called “Ching so late, I am the victim’s desire to read, “Ching kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn kn knn kn knn kn kn'sn kn's.

2.
