Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 11, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) (A.D.) by driving a CMS tank car at around 06:00, and driving the said CM tank car at around 24 roads in front of the Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul at the Round-do Round Round-ri, which had been driven along one lane in the middle of the Olympic Memorial Zone, while driving the EM in front of the victim's DNA driving parked in the same direction due to negligence in the course of business and caused the injury to the victim D, and at the same time, the said damaged taxi was parked at approximately 675,178 won at the repair cost and immediately stopped and did not take measures such as rescue the victim.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a car with approximately one kilometer from the said C machine tank to the location of the accident described in paragraph 1 of the said paragraph on the roads adjacent to the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Trop Trade Corporation.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act operated the said car as stated in paragraph 1, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, as a holder of the said C money tank.
