Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone who intends to run a motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, around 16:00 on February 22, 2013, the Defendant, at the front of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, operated a motor vehicle maintenance business, which is a motor vehicle management business in the state of unregistered registration, by installing a paint, compressor, and other motor vehicle repair work tools, which are owned by the Defendant, on the roads of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, such as having a paint, compressor, and other motor vehicle repair work tools, which are owned by the Defendant.
