A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 Highest 1344" is a person who drives C. P.T. car.

On April 25, 2017, the Defendant driving the said vehicle on the front of a restaurant located in Daegu-gun D around 14:15 on April 25, 2017, and was installed in front of the said restaurant.

In order to drive drinking and to investigate traffic accidents at the request of a police officer who called to the scene of the accident, the G police box located in the FF of Daegu was sent to the scene of the accident.

Defendant was driven under the influence of alcohol by the Defendant, such as smelling and photographing the Defendant from the H security guards at the above G police box, etc.
