On March 19, 2015, F was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Busan District Court on March 19, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jinju prison on November 8, 2015.

1. Defendant F

(a) No person who violates the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry shall engage in an act of exchanging, arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results, such as scores obtained through the use of game water, and no game water-related business operator shall allow others to gamble or perform other speculative acts by using game water or neglect to cause them to do so;

Nevertheless, on July 2016, the Defendant, along with A and B, operated a speculative game room at “H” located in Busan, Busan, on July 2016, and the Defendant, as the actual owner of the game room, installed the game room, managed and supervised its employees, and A is in charge of managing and supervising the game room in his/her name, and A is in charge of receiving punishment on behalf of the Defendant if the game room is registered and controlled under his/her name.
