A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of KRW 5 million, and KRW 7 million, from the Suwon Friwon to the same crime on June 17, 2015.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On November 27, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of 0.27% alcohol level without a driver's license of a vehicle on November 27, 2015, while driving the said car at a speed of about 20 km in the speed of 0.27% in front of the D cafeteria located in Young-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with three-lanes in front of the D cafeteria located in Young-gu, Suwon-si.

At the time, since the traffic signal was installed at night and at the front, there was a duty of care for those engaged in driving of a motor vehicle to see the front door and safely drive the motor vehicle according to the traffic situation.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not keep the front door properly, and did not go through in the front door, and instead did so, followed the F&L car of the victim E (27 tax) driving in the front door to the front part of the said rocketing car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment due to occupational negligence.
